Sales – New and Used Inventory
Q: Can I buy a bike when I walk into the dealership?
A: Yes, in most instances. All of our bikes on the website are prepped and ready to go, unless otherwise noted.
Q: Do you carry both new and pre-owned motorcycles?
A: Yes. We stock the full current lineups of new BMW and Royal Enfield motorcycles, along with a rotating selection of quality pre-owned bikes across various makes, models, and years. Check our inventory page or give us a call for what’s currently on the floor.
Q: Do you sell Royal Enfield motorcycles too?
A: Yes, we’re an authorized dealer for both BMW Motorrad and Royal Enfield. We carry Royal Enfield’s current lineup alongside our BMW inventory, so you can compare both brands in one place.
Q: Can I test ride a motorcycle before I buy?
A: Absolutely. We offer test rides on most in-stock models for licensed riders with a valid motorcycle endorsement. Stop by or call ahead to schedule a time and make sure your model of interest is ready to go.
Q: Do you accept trade-ins?
A: Yes, we accept trade-ins on motorcycles of any make or brand. Bring your bike in for an appraisal, or contact us with details (year, make, model, mileage, condition, and service history) for a preliminary estimate.
Q: Do you offer financing?
A: Yes, we work with several lenders, including BMW Motorrad Financial Services and financing options for Royal Enfield, to help find terms that fit your budget. You can start a credit application online or in person at the dealership.
Q: Can I order a motorcycle that’s not currently in stock?
A: Yes. If we don’t have the exact model, color, or configuration you want on the lot, we can place a factory order through BMW or Royal Enfield, depending on the brand. There can be a 3-6+ month wait on ordered units.
Q: Do you ship or deliver motorcycles out of state?
A: We can arrange shipping to most locations. Reach out to our sales team for a delivery quote to your area.
Service and Maintenance
Q: Do you service motorcycles that weren’t purchased from you?
A: Yes, our service department works on all BMW and Royal Enfield motorcycles regardless of where they were purchased.
Q: Do I need an appointment for service?
A: We recommend scheduling an appointment to guarantee a service bay and minimize wait times, especially during riding season. Walk-ins are welcome for minor items but may face longer waits.
Q: How often does my motorcycle need servicing?
A: Service intervals vary by brand and model. Most BMW motorcycles follow a schedule based on mileage or time (commonly every 6,000 miles or annually — whichever comes first), while Royal Enfield models typically follow their own manufacturer-recommended intervals. Your owner’s manual has the exact schedule, or our service team can confirm it for your specific bike.
Q: Do you offer pickup and delivery for service?
A: Yes, pickup and delivery are available based on availability. The standard rate is $2.50 per loaded mile plus a $25 load fee.
Q: Can I wait at the dealership while my bike is serviced?
A: Yes, we have a waiting area, though for longer jobs we recommend dropping off your bike and we’ll call when it’s ready.
Q: Do you perform warranty and recall work?
A: Yes, as an authorized BMW Motorrad and Royal Enfield dealer, we handle manufacturer warranty repairs and recall service for both brands.
Parts & Apparel
Q: Do you sell OEM parts and accessories?
A: Yes, we stock and can order genuine BMW Motorrad and Royal Enfield parts and accessories, including luggage, performance parts, service kits, and farkles.

Our online store and in-store selection include helmets (full face, modular, and open face), jackets, pants, gloves, footwear, heated gear, and women’s-specific gear from top brands like Shoei, Arai, Schuberth, Rev’it, Klim, Alpinestars, Held, Sidi, HJC, and more, alongside BMW Motorrad and Royal Enfield branded apparel.
