Prompt, considerate, and quality service is our primary goal and concern.

We have two BMW certified mechanics working both full time.

Appointments are necessary for service work.

The majority of the time we'll have your bike ready for you the same day. Same day service is of course dependent upon your service requirements as well as the backlog of our service department.

Depending on your schedule, you may decide to wait in our showroom while your bike is being worked on. We have motorcycle related reading materials for you to read while waiting and you may help yourself to a cup of coffee or two.

Washing and detailing of your bike is available if you so desire.

SERVICE LOANER PROGRAM

There will be a $20 charge toward upkeep of the motorcycle. If your motorcycle is under warranty or extended warranty and has been purchased from us this fee will be waived.

The fuel tank will be full upon delivery. All customers are expected to top-off the fuel tank immediately prior to returning their loaner to the shop. A $20.00 fee will be charged to any customer who returns a loaner without a full tank to offset the direct cost to the shop for refueling.

The customer assumes responsibility for payment of $1000.00 insurance deductible should any damage occur to a loaner, regardless of fault. In addition, the customer must agree to not allow anyone else to operate the signed-out loaner.

Secure, dry, indoor storage is available if you have a need.

Pick up and delivery of your motorcycle is also an option but needs to be discussed with our service manager.

Besides the fact we've been friends for years, this is a dealership you can call home. Andrea rocks as a knowledgeable sales person, and all staff are similarly educated and helpful. My departed husband and I bought (30?-I lost count) motorcycles from Blane over the years and never had an issue with any of the bikes or service (except Rod bought the same bike twice during his many purchases-a story we love to relive ). The problem was discussed over the phone prior to the repair, Bruce was 99% sure he knew what the problem was and ordered the replacement part ahead of time. They got me in 1/2 hour before my actual repair apointment and replaced the defective part quickly. Excellent Dealership...

Blaine,I wanted to give you some feedback on my GS that I purchased from Andrea. I found her to be most helpful, enthusiastic, and informed on the protocols in the sale. Most importantly she still remembers me by name, when I visit your store, which is a great attribute for a continued relationship.
