Prompt, considerate, and quality service is our primary goal and concern.

We have two BMW certified mechanics working both full time.

Appointments are necessary for service work.

The majority of the time we'll have your bike ready for you the same day. Same day service is of course dependent upon your service requirements as well as the backlog of our service department.

Depending on your schedule, you may decide to wait in our showroom while your bike is being worked on. We have motorcycle related reading materials for you to read while waiting and you may help yourself to a cup of coffee or two.

Washing and detailing of your bike is available if you so desire.

SERVICE LOANER PROGRAM

There will be a $20 charge toward upkeep of the motorcycle. If your motorcycle is under warranty or extended warranty and has been purchased from us this fee will be waived.

The fuel tank will be full upon delivery. All customers are expected to top-off the fuel tank immediately prior to returning their loaner to the shop. A $20.00 fee will be charged to any customer who returns a loaner without a full tank to offset the direct cost to the shop for refueling.

The customer assumes responsibility for payment of $1000.00 insurance deductible should any damage occur to a loaner, regardless of fault. In addition, the customer must agree to not allow anyone else to operate the signed-out loaner.

Secure, dry, indoor storage is available if you have a need.

Pick up and delivery of your motorcycle is also an option but needs to be discussed with our service manager.

We care about you and your bike. If you are happy with our service, please tell your friends. If you're not pleased with our service, please tell us and give us a chance to make it right.

Besides the fact we've been friends for years, this is a dealership you can call home. Andrea rocks as a knowledgeable sales person, and all staff are similarly educated and helpful. My departed husband and I bought (30?-I lost count) motorcycles from Blane over the years and never had an issue with any of the bikes or service (except Rod bought the same bike twice during his many purchases-a story we love to relive ). I look forward to new experiences on the 2014 F700GS! I will speak for Rod and myself - top notch bikes at a top notch dealership. - Tuny Pierce, PhD...

Blane Kamp and his team are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and supportive. The shop is well stocked and the prices fair. They prepared my bike for trips to Alaska and the Dalton Highway, the Continental Divide, Newfoundland, and Route 66. The service was of the highest quality and the rides amazing. BMWMCGR is a friend I rely on. Jaco Hamman, PhD (Nashville, Customer since 2001)...

Outstanding motorcycle dealership. In my 41 years of motorcycle ownership, BMW Grand Rapids is the best motorcycle shop I have ever used, HOME RUN! I have bought 5 motorcycles from BMW Grand Rapids over the last 17 years. From sales, to service, to parts they are professional. Where else can you take your bike for maintenance or repair and then be offered (without even asking) another motorcycle to ride while you are waiting? Service department quotes for repair are accurate, the price for motorcycles, new and used are fair and inspected for reliability & safety. I recommend BMW Grand Rapids to everyone. Sincere thank you, BMW Grand Rapids for your enthusi...

I would like to take this opportunity to thank BMW Motorcycles of Grand Rapids (most specifically Andrea Chappell) for an extremely satisfying experience in purchasing a 1981 BMW R100RT. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, so it was quite important that I felt comfortable with the sales person. Throughout the entire process, Andrea was professional, knowledgeable and very responsive. Purchasing any bike is a major decision, but when it comes to buying a vintage bike (site unseen), everything becomes quite amplified. I own a 2011 R1200GS, so I was quite knowledgeable of BMW bikes, but buying a bike over 30 years old can be a challenge. After the bike w...
