Check Out Our Parts Unlimited Catalog
Our goal is to provide every customer with fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service. We want you to always feel welcome.

The Parts department strives to have the most common parts in stock so we can get your bike out of service and back on the road (as it should). For those of you who prefer to work on your bike yourself, please feel free to call ahead to see if the parts you need are in stock. If parts are not in stock, we can have them sent the next day (for a nominal fee) providing we place the order before 3:00 p.m. UPS is here daily so we can also ship parts to you.

Our parts manager has over 20 years experience in the motorcycle industry. He has built a very strong relationship with some of the largest distributors and manufacturers in the industry. He is also very good at finding those "hard to find" items.
Prompt, considerate, and quality service is our primary goal and concern.

We have five BMW certified mechanics and two state certified mechanics working both full and part time.

Appointments are necessary for service work.

The majority of the time we'll have your bike ready for you the same day. Same day service is of course dependent upon your service requirements as well as the backlog of our service department.

Depending on your schedule, you may decide to wait in our showroom while your bike is being worked on. We have motorcycle related reading materials for you to read while waiting and you may help yourself to a cup of coffee or two.

Washing and detailing of your bike is available if you so desire.

SERVICE LOANER PROGRAM

Ther will be a $20 charge toward upkeep of the motorcycle. If your motorcycle is under warranty or extended warranty and has been purchased from us this fee will be waived.

The fuel tank will be full upon delivery. All customers are expected to top-off the fuel tank immediately prior to returning their loaner to the shop. A $20.00 fee will be charged to any customer who returns a loaner without a full tank to offset the direct cost to the shop for refueling.

The customer assumes responsibility for payment of $1000.00 insurance deductible should any damage occur to a loaner, regardless of fault. In addition, the customer must agree to not allow anyone else to operate the signed-out loaner.

Secure, dry, indoor storage is available if you have a need.

Pick up and delivery of your motorcycle is also an option but needs to be discussed with our service manager.

We care about you and your bike. If you are happy with our service, please tell your friends. If you're not pleased with our service, please tell us and give us a chance to make it right.
